The Second Cold War, also called Cold War II, Cold War 2.0, or the New Cold War, is a term describing post-Cold-War era of political and military tensions between the United States and China or Russia. The word 'cold' first appeared in a faulty translation of his work in the 19th century. However he used the term 'tepid' not 'cold'.
